Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We do not accept cancellations once production has started.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
